WE'VE BEEN IN UTAH AGAIN

Sorry about the blog lately, I know, this isn't like me. Well first of all nothing was really happening, and then we went to Utah for Nate's brother's wedding. I went up a week early to play with my family. We had so much fun, and we already miss everyone. Brystal got to play with her Gramma Wood a lot, and had so much fun.

She also learned to suck her toes while we were there. Congratulations Brystal, you are moving up in the world.

THE WEDDING

We got to go to Nate's brother's wedding while we were in Utah, they were married in the Jordan River Temple. Nathan's parents were able to come home from their mission for the wedding, so it was a very special occasion. The best part of all was that ALL of the Bennett's, 8 kids and their spouses plus their parents, were all able to be in the temple together to complete the family. It was a pretty amazing experience to be able to see that all of our family was all worthy and able to come and be in the temple together. What a special day.

It was a chilly day, and we did our best to stay warm, and still be cute. But how could Brystal NOT be cute?

It is always fun to go to weddings and remember the day we got married. Our anniversary is coming up, so it was especially fun to remember our day. We were the last of the Bennett's to get married before Michael.

Do we have a future Sister Bennett in the making here?

THE RECEPTION

The reception was great, it was really a party! Brystal had loads of fun!

Well it was good to see everyone, and thank you to Oma and Opa for coming out to see us. We had such a great time with you. Now they are back in Germany to finish their mission. We miss you guys, and are glad we got to see you. But we will see you soon in a few more months!

WALKING WITH SOPHIE

Well not much is going on these days, which is why I haven't posted for awhile, so I thought I would just put up this funny video of us on a walk with Sophie. This isn't even a good representation of what really happens, but whenever we go for a walk, we like to go along the creek so there is no where really for Sophie to get run over by a car and rarely any people to run into, so we let her off her leash and let her go, and boy does she go. She just LOVES it and she runs and runs as fast as she can through all the weeds and when they get really tall, all you can see is a rustling in the tall grass and then out pops Sophie just running as fast as she can. By the time I got out the camera, she was already a little worn out, but still going strong. Maybe next time we go, I'll get a better one when we first let her loose.
